The Wine: Medium bodied - The grapes for this vintage came from Fort Bowie, near Willcox. This wine was aged in neutral Hungarian Oak.
The Nose: Top notes include blackberry, blueberry, black cherry, pomegranate, anise, earth, and sage. Swirl the wine in the glass to release the vanilla, nutmeg and plum notes.
The Palate: Cherry, honey, tarragon, green peppers and eucalyptus envelope a burst of pomegranate, raspberry, and blackberry.
Pairing: Valsoria pairs well with grilled portobello mushrooms, criminis, and cheese potatoes.
